  2. We will email or fax you a Repair Authorization Form to put in the box with your equipment*
  3. Have your two way radio ready to be picked up for shipping**
* We'll email or fax you a Repair Authorization Form to put in the box with your equipment. Then simply clip our address label from the Repair Authorization Form and tape it to your box.

** We will make arrangements (usually with UPS) to have your radio picked up from your location and taken to our repair facility. Don’t forget to include a copy of the Repair Authorization Form in the box along with your two way radio equipment!

The flat rate $149/radio price includes:
  • Parts, labor, repair and shipping charges
  • Reconditioning and analyzing the radio battery if you include it with your hand held radios
